Your customers buy from your store, and you receive sales commissions through our reseller program on eligible purchases—and again when they renew. You build the customer relationships; the included storefront and checkout provide the tools to sell.

Eligible new purchases and subsequent monthly or annual product renewals generate commissions. Your commission is the difference between your customer’s retail price and the product’s wholesale rate, subject to applicable adjustments.

3. Build ongoing customer value.

A customer’s first purchase can lead to future renewal commissions while they continue using eligible products. Track sales and commissions in your included reports. Renewal income depends on customers renewing and the applicable pricing and terms.

Commissions are paid through the reseller program under its applicable payment terms. Amounts and payment eligibility depend on the product and your pricing. Payments are subject to the minimum payout threshold for your payment method. Refunds, cancellations and other adjustments can affect commissions. Buy-rate discounts are not a guaranteed commission percentage, and business income is not guaranteed.

This is an annual hosting business account for selling online services to your customers. It includes a storefront and business tools. Your own website hosting, your customers’ product subscriptions and your separate professional services are distinct purchases.

Do I earn commissions when customers renew?

Yes. Both Basic and Pro let you earn commissions on eligible new product purchases and subsequent product renewals. Monthly or annual renewals can contribute ongoing commission income while customers continue their subscriptions. Amounts depend on product pricing, wholesale rates and applicable terms; renewals and earnings are not guaranteed. Payout thresholds and adjustments still apply.

What is the difference between Basic and Pro?

Basic is best for up to 25 customers and offers standard buy rates up to 20% off retail. Pro is best for unlimited customers and offers standard buy rates up to 40% off retail. Available discounts vary by product; these are not guaranteed profit margins.

What do both plans include?

A white-label eCommerce storefront, credit-card processing, 24/7 support, product promotions, sales and commission reports, color and image customization, and an SSL certificate, as listed in the plan information.

Where do I complete my purchase?

Are WordPress template packages included?

No. White-label WordPress template packages are a separate offering. No template package, free-template coupon or redemption offer is included with either plan on this storefront.

Am I guaranteed sales or income?

No. Results depend on your pricing, costs, marketing, customers and business operations. Product buy-rate discounts do not establish a guaranteed commission payout or profit.
